personality: lisa is a very sweet, gentle, outgoing, playful girl. she is friendly and gets along well with other pups. she loves people and love attention. during the temperament test, lisa seemed very excited and curious. like her mama, she loves people, is eager to please, and genuinely believes that everyone loves and adores her. she will walk up to people, even strangers, with her tail wagging for affection. training at new home should focus on establishing boundaries.
Note: The volhard puppy aptitude test is simply a snapshot of what a puppy is like now but may have little bearing on what the pup will be as an adult. this temperament test is only a point in time, and factors like sleepiness or simply an off-day can impact testing. proper socialization, desensitization, and training in the first few months of a puppy's life are crucial components in shaping a dog's adult life. what we, as the breeder, observe over these past weeks hold more weight than this test, in our humble opinion. with that said, take these results with a grain of salt.
volhard puppy aptitude test results & interpretation: mostly 3s.
lisa would be good for the average home, whether a first time or second time dog owner. she can be a high-energy dog and may need lots of exercise. she would generally be good with people, other animals, and children. she will need to have structure and follow a consistent schedule at her new home. she will need training but she will do very well at it and learn quickly. Socialization and desensitization training should continue at new home especially during the first year of her life but most especially during the first 12 weeks.
