personality: tori is a sweet, friendly, and playful girl. she gets along great with other pups and affectionate with people. during the temperament test, she was a little nervous at first but quickly adjusted. she may just need a little time warming up to new environment but with positive reinforcement, she will do well. she is the more photogenic of the bunch, it seems. many of the photos we've captured, she is smiling. she is a happy girl who would love adventures! she is fairly confident and is not shy to let you know when she wants something.
Note: The volhard puppy aptitude test is simply a snapshot of what a puppy is like now but may have little bearing on what the pup will be as an adult. this temperament test is only a point in time, and factors like sleepiness or simply an off-day can impact testing. proper socialization, desensitization, and training in the first few months of a puppy's life are crucial components in shaping a dog's adult life. what we, as the breeder, observe over these past weeks hold more weight than this test, in our humble opinion. with that said, take these results with a grain of salt.
volhard puppy aptitude test results & interpretation: mostly 3s.
tori would be good for the average home, whether a first time or second time dog owner. she can be a high-energy dog and may need lots of exercise. she would generally be good with people, other animals, and children. she will need to have structure and follow a consistent schedule at her new home. she will need training but she will do very well at it and learn quickly. Socialization and desensitization training should continue at new home especially during the first year of her life but most especially during the first 12 weeks.
